General Contracting

Considered to be the most traditional form of project delivery, General Contracting utilizes a competitive bidding process to secure the prime contractor. This approach uses a lump sum contract, which is fixed, upon a defined scope of work and the contractor assumes full risk/responsibility for the project deliverable. Using our expertise and highly competitive trades, we oversee the entire day-to-day construction activity and effectively manage the overall construction project.

Design Build

Design Build

Considered to be the fastest project delivery system in the industry, Design Build provides a complete turnkey service. With a single point of contact, both the design phase and construction phase of a project are coordinated and integrated under one contract. This systematic approach enables the design builder to have complete control of both phases of the project, while keeping overall risk and cost at a minimum, and fast tracking the project schedule by overlapping the design and construction phases.
